SHIPPING

Please allow 6-8 weeks for the creation of your custom bag before it is shipped. (Although most orders will be completed much sooner!)
Shipping and handling is $10. All orders, including those to APO addresses and international addresses will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation and you can view the status of your package (not tracking information) at www.usps.com

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Credit card payments are processed via PayPal and you do NOT have to have or open a PayPal account. You can also print out your order form and mail it to us with a check or money order to:

RETURNS

New and unused items may be returned within 30. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise and personalized items can not be returned.

Any damaged or defective items are returnable for repair or refund. There is no restocking fee and personalized items can be returned as well if damaged/defective.

We are only able to refund credit card purchases for 60 days from the original date of sale. Returns made after 60 days will be issued in the form of a check.

If you have any problem that needs repairing during the first year you own your Hero On My Arm bag, we will repair it at no charge and ship it back to you for free.
